2008/2009 Registration Form
Register in person on the following dates; * August 12th & 13th 6:00-8:15pm @ the Community Center Outdoor Basketball Courts, * August 23rd & 30th 9:00-11:00am @ the Community Center Building Room A. NEW PLAYERS MUST BRING A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Only returning players can register by mail. The new downloadable form will be ready on this website Monday, August 4th. Players must turn 7 years old by December 31, 2008 in order to register. Anyone registering after September 6th will be charged a $20.00 late fee.
Registration for the 2008-2009 Season begins in August. Check back here in July for specific dates and times.
Come to family night on March 29th at Coventry High School! Lots of fun, games, raffles, food, music and merchandise. Free 2008 registrations will be raffled off! Giant games of knockout, a Hot Shot game and obstacle course planned. The Coventry boys 10 year old travel team have been on a roll. They finished in first place at the West Warwick Tourn. on Jan. 6th defeating the hosting team. This past weekend the boys played 3 tough games to finish in first place again at the Smithfield Tournament. Congrats to the whole team! 
There are mistakes on the game schedules in March. All games are played on Saturdays but some of the March dates have us playing on Sundays. ALL GAMES ARE PLAYED ON SATURDAYS! Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Coaches, please make sure you let parents know. Also, in order to balance the number of games played, some teams in some conferences needed to play two games in one day. Please look carefully at your schedules for the last regular season week. Due to the inclement weather, the Coventry All-Star Tournament for Sunday, 12/16/07, is cancelled. Please call Mike A.(821-1845)to discuss your rescheduled time.

A special thank you to Don Lebrun for organizing a great free clinic with Jeannie Burr and the Brown Women's Basketball Team. More than one hundred players and many coaches attended this yearly event. Also, thank you to the many volunteers that were there to help out.
All Star Tryouts are as follows: November 4th @ ASF Middle School of Coventry 9:00-10:00am 12 year olds (Boys & Girls)* 10:00-11:00am 14 year olds (Boys only) 11:00-12:00 9/10 year olds (Boys & Girls)* 2:00-3:00 11 year olds (Boys & Girls) 3:00-4:00 13 year olds (Boys & Girls)* * We are in need of Lady All-Star Coaches All players that meet the age requirement and participate in the regular CBA League are eligible to tryout.
There will be a free basketball clinic on November 4th from 12:00 to 2:00 at the ASF Middle School of Coventry. Jeannie Burr, the coach of the Brown University Women's Basketball Team, will be there to instruct players and coaches. Players and coaches from previous years have raved about this event. Raffles and games will also take place. All ages are welcome.
